    Lamina+’s “One-Year Limited Protection” is a one-year coverage program that offers a “One-time only replacement” on the Lamina+ tempered glass, for any accidental damages or manufacturing defects that occur on the tempered Glass, within one year from purchase date.

  2. How do I make the claim of “One-time only replacement”?
    Drop by any of our Switch or Urban Republic outlet, along with the proof of purchase.

    A charge of RMx as “Service Fee” will be made for the “One-time only replacement” claim.

  3. My Lamina+ tempered glass is damaged / have defects after one year of purchase.
    Can I still make the “One-time only replacement” claim?
    No, claims will only be allowed for purchases made within one year from purchase date.
