• This promotion is applicable only for battery replacement services and does not apply to other types of repairs.

• All purchases made during the campaign period are strictly non-refundable.

• Battery replacement will be carried out upon part arrival. Customers will be notified once the battery arrives.

• Customers who have purchased the pre-order battery promotion are required to submit their device within two (2) business days after being contacted for battery replacement. If the device is not submitted within this period, the battery price will be revised to the original standard price, and the promotional price will no longer apply.

• Repairs will be completed within 24 hours if the appointment is scheduled before 12:00 PM, unless additional issues are discovered during the repair process. Prices may be subject to change if further repairs are required.

• Customers are strongly advised to back up their data and “Find My Device” must be turn off prior to sending their device for repair. CG Computers Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any loss of data incurred during the repair process.

• Device condition will be noted at the point of pre-order; however, final service eligibility is subject to verification upon device submission.

• If accidental or liquid damage is detected, a quotation for part replacement will be provided. If the quotation is declined, the deposit may be rebated as store credit for retail purchases.

• Devices found to have unauthorised modifications may not be eligible for service. In such cases, the deposit may be rebated as store credit for retail purchases.

• A service documentation charge of RM50 or a hardware diagnostic charge of RM200 will be imposed if any issue arises that results in cancellation of repair.

• Any deposit made shall automatically convert to store credit if the repair service is not redeemed within two (2) months from the purchase date.

• Any store credit issued shall be valid for one (1) month from the conversion date. If the store credit is not successfully redeemed within this validity period the original pre-order payment shall be deemed forfeited and shall not be refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable.

• Replacement parts are ordered directly from Apple and are subject to availability. Delays may occur.

• Replacement parts are covered by a 90-day Apple Limited Warranty, or the remaining duration of the device’s original warranty—whichever is longer.

• CG Computers Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
