Select your preferred device and choose from Full Payment, Deposit or an eligible Maxis plan on the product page.

Secure your preferred device with a deposit of RM300 when placing your pre-order. The remaining balance must be paid upon collection during the launch date.

Select the Maxis plan option before adding your device to the cart. A Maxis sales representative will contact you within 3–5 working days to complete the required verification.

Complimentary Same-Day Delivery is available for eligible full-payment orders in selected areas of Klang Valley and Penang. Eligible orders will be processed automatically for Same-Day Delivery, subject to postcode coverage and availability.

For eligible Switch Online Store orders, select Store Pickup at checkout and choose “Sunway Pyramid @ Launch Event” as your collection location.

For eligible Lazada and TikTok Shop pre-orders, please follow the Event Pickup instructions provided on the respective marketplace.

Yes. You will receive an order confirmation via email once you place your pre-order at our online store.

If you didn’t receive any confirmation email regarding your order, please check your Spam folder just in case emails from Switch have been routed there. Pre-orders will be fulfilled from the launch date, subject to product availability and your selected fulfilment method. You may choose home delivery or collect your device at your selected Switch store or our Grand Launch event at Sunway Pyramid.

Please bring your order confirmation, order number and a valid government-issued photo ID. Our retail crew may request your IC or other valid identification to verify your identity before releasing the order.

You will receive an email and SMS notification when your order is ready for collection.

Yes. If you would like a representative to collect your order, select “Someone else will pick it up” at checkout and provide the required details.

The nominated person should bring a valid government-issued photo ID and the order number for verification.

Please collect your device within 48 hours of your selected collection date. If you fail to collect your device within this period, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

Once your order has been placed, changes to the device specification are not supported. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable pre-order terms and conditions.

Yes, walk-in purchases are available, subject to stock availability. However, we encourage you to pre-order online or in-store to secure your preferred device.
