Switch’s Same Day Delivery lets you order online and have your devices and accessories delivered to your home or office the same day.

Same Day Delivery is available in selected locations in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, Johor, Penang, Kedah, Kelantan, Perak, Perlis, Terengganu, Melaka, Kelantan, Pahang, Seremban, Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.

Our Switcher will call you to confirm your order, and will need 1-3 hours to arrange a rider.

If the item you ordered is out of stock, the RM20 will be refunded, and we will proceed to send the remaining items via courier.

Order before 5pm to receive your order on the same day. Orders placed after the cut off time will be delivered the next day.

Our Switcher will keep trying to reach you. Should you still remain unreachable, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded for your device excluding the RM20 Same Day Delivery charges.

  • A non-refundable, one-time payment of RM 20 will be charged with your total bill.
  • Same Day Delivery is only applicable for on a Daily Basis (Monday – Sunday)
  • Payment need to be made before 5:00pm to receive your item on the same day.
