Switch World 2025: Switch 99

1.  Switch 99 (“The Event”) is organised as part of the Switch World: Johor event by CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. (“The Organiser”) from February 21-23 at Paradigm Mall, Johor Bahru. 
2.  Participation in this Event is open to anyone of any age (“Participants”). Participants must show proof of identification (IC for Malaysians; passport for non-Malaysians) when purchasing the Switch 99 ticket.
3.  Redemption of prizes will be tied to the ticket-holders identification number.
4.  Participants may purchase a Switch 99 Ticket (“the Ticket”) at the cashier at Switch World: Johor for RM99 per Ticket.
5.  Each Participant is only entitled to purchase one (1) ticket per daily draw day (e.g. Person A can purchase only one ticket per day for Day 1, Day 2, and Day 3).
6.  Participants are not allowed to purchase tickets on behalf of others.
7.  Employees of CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. are not allowed to participate in the Event.
8.  The Ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
9.  The Ticket is only valid if it has an authorised stamp and signature.
10.  Any lost Tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
11.  Ticket-holders must be in attendance at the Draw Venue before the Draw process begins.
12.  The Draw will start precisely at the time, date, and venue stated on the Ticket. Any ticket-holder not in attendance at the venue at the designated time will forfeit their participation in the Draw. 
However, if unable to attend, the ticket-holder may still collect a prize from the remaining unclaimed prizes, with the lowest-value prize remaining being assigned. Attendance is highly-encouraged to maximise prize value.
13.  Each ticket-holder will only be able to participate in one draw per day. 
14.  All prizes will be drawn randomly and transparently. The full list of prizes and their values is available on the Switch World website for reference. 
15.  All prizes received by Participants will be worth more than RM99.
16.  Redeemed prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item in part or full. 
17.  The Organiser reserves the right to substitute, replace, or modify the prizes with another prize of similar value without prior notice.
18.  No warranty is provided on all third-party accessory prizes.
19.  The Organiser will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses and/or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or in connection with the Event promoted by the Organiser.
20.  The Organiser reserves the right to change, modify, or amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
21.  Participants acknowledge that photographs and video recordings will be taken throughout the event for promotional purposes.
22.  By participating in the Draw, Participants consent to their image and likeness being captured and used in future marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, print advertising, and other promotional content. If participants do not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must notify event organisers in advance.
23.  By purchasing a Ticket and attending the Draw, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
