How does it work?
Trade in an eligible device at any Switch outlet. For trade-ins in store, receive instant credit for your new purchase, instant credit to be used on the same receipt.

What devices are eligible for trade-in?

Selected smartphones and tablets are able to trade-in, depending on the device, model, manufacturer, and condition.

Simply pass your smartphone or tablet to our Switcher.
Should you agree with the quoted trade-in value of your device, you MUST use the credited trade-in value on the same receipt.

• All devices will undergo a thorough inspection before being accepted for trade-in.
• Price for “cracked-screen" devices will be provided on the crew has perform inspection.
• Kindly take note that price may differ from the table above, depending on the extent of damage.
• Trade-in device must be able to be powered on or it will not be accepted.
• Trade-in device must not be carrier-locked.
• Trade-in devices must remove SIM or Find My [device] or Google ID lock before passing it over for inspection.
• Customer may trade in their device to purchase any item from the Retail Outlet: iPhones, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Beats or Accessories.
• Customers are only required to bring in their smartphone or tablet. The box and cable aren’t required.
• Customers are advised to ensure all data has been backed up before bringing the device in for trade-in.
• Up to 5 devices are allowed for trade-in to purchase one single item.
• Trade-in is stackable with in-store promotions.
• Switch reserves the right to amend the terms and condition at any time without prior notice.

• Customer will do self evaluation of the device condition online and an estimated trade-in price will be quoted.
• If customer agrees with the quoted price, the amount will be directly deducted at checkout.
• All devices will undergo a thorough second inspection at a Switch outlet before being accepted for trade-in.
• Price for second inspection may differ based on the actual device condition.
• Trade-in device must be able to be powered on or it will not be accepted.
• Trade-in device must not be carrier-locked.
• Trade-in device must remove SIM or Find My [device] or Google ID lock before passing it over for inspection.
• Customer may trade in their current device to purchase any item from the following product ranges on the Switch Online Store: iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch.
• Customer is only required to bring in their smartphone or tablet for trade-in. The device's box and charging cable are not required.
• Customer is advised to ensure all data has been backed up before bringing their current device in for trade-in.
• Only one (1) device is allowed for trade-in for every online transaction.
• Customer cannot change the pick-up location once their order is confirmed.
• Trade-in discount is stackable with other in-store promotions.
• Switch reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

• The Overtrade Offer is valid from 29 May 2026 to 30 June 2026, subject to availability and a limited number of redemptions.
• Switch reserves the right to end the promotion before the stated end date once the maximum redemption limit has been reached.
• The Overtrade value is applicable only for eligible trade-in devices used towards the purchase of an iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17, iPhone 17e, or iPhone Air.
• Trade-ins redeemed for cash or via Direct Transfer are not eligible for the Overtrade Offer.
