Terms & Conditions

SURE Points Terms & Conditions

  1. Earn two (2) SURE Points for every RM1 spent in any Switch retail or Online Store. (Points will be reflected in SURE Club Member's account within 48 hours after purchase is completed.)
  2. Points collected can be used to redeem specific Discount Voucher denominations - RM5, RM15, RM30, RM45, and RM100.
  3. Points collected will expire two (2) years from the date the points are granted.
  4. Points collected are not transferrable to another SURE Member.
  5. Points collected are not allowed to be merged with another SURE Member’s points.
  6. Points will be only granted for purchases made after a customer signs up for SURE Club.
  7. Member Purchase Bonus of 30,000 SURE Points will be granted when SURE Member makes a purchase with a total value of RM500 or above in one transaction. It will only be granted once per Member.
  8. Birthday Bonus of 30,000 SURE Points will be automatically granted on SURE Member’s birthday. Member must register their date of birth in the SURE Club widget on the Switch website to be eligible for this bonus. This reward will only be granted for upcoming birthdays and not if the Member’s birthday for the year has already passed.
  9. Birthday Bonus of double points multiplier (x2 SURE Points earned) will apply for one (1) purchase on the SURE Member’s birthday. It exclusively applies for Switch online store purchases only.
  10. Birthday Bonus will be marked as “Completed” on the SURE Club widget when Member registers their date of birth, and is not an indicator that they have received the Birthday Bonus rewards.
  11. Sign Up Bonus of 10,000 SURE Points will be granted when SURE Member activates their account on the Switch website (existing customer); or verifies their email address (new customer)
  12. Upon the redemption of any specific Discount Voucher, the corresponding SURE Points value will be deducted automatically from the SURE Member’s account.
  13. Discount Vouchers redeemed are not exchangeable for cash or refundable back into SURE Points.
  14. Discount Vouchers redeemed on the Switch Online Store can only be used for Switch Online Store purchases.
  15. In retail outlets, SURE Members can redeem Discount Vouchers using their SURE Points when making payment at the cashier.
  16. A maximum of two (2) Discount Vouchers can be used per purchase.
    Discount Vouchers are valid for 30 days after they are redeemed.
  17. Discount Vouchers are valid to be used with any ongoing retail or Online Store promotion.
  18. Gift cards are not eligible for SURE Points.

SURE Club Terms & Conditions

  1. SURE Club Rewards (Membership) is a customer loyalty program offered by CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. to customers.
  2. Membership registration can be done on the Switch website. Customers who register an account will automatically be enrolled in SURE Club.
  3. Membership is only valid for individuals. Each customer may only register one (1) account. (Family Sharing / Company or Corporate Account not available)
  4. CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to offer different promotions and benefits for SURE Members.
  5. CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
  6. CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to suspend/terminate Membership or revoke points given to a Member at any time.
  7. CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate Membership and / or revoke points and / or vouchers if:
    - Member violates terms and conditions
    - Member’s data provided (such as email address, name, IC) is invalid
    - Member has gained points and / or vouchers in a fraudulent manner
    - Member has passed away
  8. CG Computers Sdn. Bhd will never asks members for external passwords, SMS verification codes, or OTP codes for any reason. CG Computers Sdn. Bhd urges all members not to provide any data to any other parties.
  9. By participating in Membership, members give consent to CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. to communicate via mail, email, telephone, short message, notifications at CG Group of Companies Retail, and notifications via an application or website. Through these channels, CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. is able to inform members' status, notify when a member is entitled to a reward, program changes, special promotional offers for members, information and other offers which CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. believes will be interesting for the members. CG Computers Sdn. Bhd. will maintain the confidentiality of member data in accordance with the applicable laws in Malaysia.
  10. Members may cancel their Membership at any time. Termination of Membership will revoke all the rewards and delete all loyalty program data permanently. No data restoration is guaranteed after Membership termination.
